Terms of Service.

1 · Adult website

This website is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. By accessing this site you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that adult content is lawful where you are located.

2 · Companionship only

Casa De Natalia is a trading name of Digital Dynamo Limited and operates as an introductions agency under the laws of England & Wales. All fees published or quoted are for the time and companionship of the companion only. Anything beyond this is a private matter between two consenting adults and is not arranged, implied or solicited by the office.

3 · Bookings

Bookings are confirmed by the office in writing (WhatsApp or email). A booking is only confirmed once the office has acknowledged it. The office reserves the right to decline any enquiry without explanation.

4 · Conduct

Clients are expected to treat companions with courtesy and respect at all times. Any conduct that the companion or the office considers inappropriate will result in the immediate termination of the booking, with no refund, and the client being declined service in future.

5 · Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking incur no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows are charged in full.

6 · Photographs

All photographs and content on this website are the property of the respective companions and Casa De Natalia. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7 · Liability

Casa De Natalia acts as an introductions agency only and accepts no liability for the conduct of either party once an introduction has been made.

8 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
